answered 3/24/2010 My Grandfather Was Harrald Impchkin, A Famous Politician. When Did He Last Hold Office, And What Office Was It? I just checked the Archives of Maryland, Historical List of Baltimore Mayors..there's no Harrald Impchkin there..Ferdinand C. Latrobe was the mayor from 1887 to 1889..so I think this is just a hoax..hope this could help..:)
