Kylie answered 5/2/2010 Why Is My Cat Bleeding From Her Butt Or Vaginal Area? CATS don't BLEED WHEN THEY ARE IN HEAT!!! You should take her to the vet ASAP! This can happen if a cat has a dead kitten inside her tummy... And if she just had a litter you should maby even get a X-ray ~hope this helps at all :)
