What do I do to cancel out  93.75 remaininig dollars left after the final claim was made for my unemployment? In order for me to receive my other half of my check from my job, it has to be 0.00. Help me, what should I do?

I currently have a job....and my employer states that if I don't get the remaining balance left on my unemployment cleared out I would only receive half of my pay what should I do to clear out my remaining balance?
