Can A Property Management Company Legally Not Refund A Security Deposit?
If there is just cause, a management company can refuse to authorize the return of a security deposit. They should put in writing the reasons it is not being refunded. Get out your lease and make sure you are in compliance.

Can A Landlord Refuse To Allow A Tenant To Have Visitors?
Yes, the landlord would have had to put in writing on the lease that no other person(s) are allowed on the property. If it was not done prior to you signing the lease, he can not change in mid stream.

How Do I Get Rid Of Old Furniture?
Call your local fire dept. And local churches. Often they have families in need and will come and pick it up. After a fire, anything helps.
