That's not a dumb question at all. Many new users ask the exact same question. If you're on a computer, go down to the bottom of the page of the question, you'll see a box with an 'Answer' button below.
I've decided i should leave my dumb selfish ways of figuring out everything myself behind and asking this to you, i feel really dumb for even attempting this... how do i answer questions here. (i told you it was a dumb question)?

It's not a dumb question. The only reason I didn't have issues was because our awesome moderators at the time sent me a message to help me out. :)
All you have to do is click on the question you want then scroll down to where you see your name and avatar. Write your answer then hit "answer." If you're on pc, then you'll have to scroll down past the related reading section first. Welcome!!! :)
Not a dumb question at all! I had trouble at figuring it out at first too! After clicking on the question, keep scrolling down until you get to the answer box.
