As a little old lady, I have much dryer hair these days. You're younger, and your natural oil production will eventually bring back the moisture.
If you're too uncomfortable, or impatient, you can use Moraccan Oil. The drugstores have many brands. You can also use a natural home remedy. If you google "dry hair home remedies," tons of recipes come up. Here's one from Style Craze:

- Use it on your hair as a mask and wrap with a plastic shower cap. **
- After 15 minutes, remove the cap and shampoo.
The moisturizing property of honey will give you soft and super smooth tresses."
