I always prefer to read firsthand what the author had in mind before seeing the movie producer's interpretation of the story.

Boooooook ofcourse :)

I mean, my imagination gets infringed by seeing the movie first. For example take the famous Harry Potter. If you would see the movie first, it's hard to imagine while reading the book to see another "Harry" in front of you than the actor.

I like to imagine the school, the magic wands, the mystic animals, the action, conversations,.. But if you see the movie they spoil it somehow.

But that's just my personal opinion. Everyone has its preferences.

A perplexing question but I would prefer to see the movie first because if they made a movie then the book must be fairly good 😊.

How are you, feeling refreshed today?

I'll have to try & get that book. Is it a kids book or a comical/humorous book? You obviously liked it. Have you read a book called "The secret life of dogs. Even I learned a lot of things about dogs by reading it. If your a dog lover then it's really interesting.

Book first because the movie is never as good as the book, and there is no magic in watching the movie, no use of imagination, and that is the whole point of reading.
