Not asking for medical advice. Any advice on how to shampoo after cataract surgery?

I know you can't bent over. You can't get soap and lots of water in eye.

In the shower, you can back up to the water and gently tip your head back.  If you're concerned the water may trickle over your forehead, hold a rolled up dry washcloth above your eyebrows with one hand and shampoo with the other.  It's not easy to shampoo one handed, but it's safer.

Good luck Tiger!

Edit:  My mom wasn't comfortable with that due to spinal issues, and just went to a hair salon.

There's this thing ( can't remember the name ). Made out of soft plastic. They have a brim and are put on as an open top hat. Secured with a snap at the nape.  Mainly indented for children but I was able to enlarge it for an adult head by hole-punching it and using a string tie. I bought one for coloring my friend's hair. Works great !

Hello Tiger! The best way to get this done is at a salon! They will get you to lie down and once you have explained your situation, they will wash your hair with enough care. No water or shampoo will get into your eyes and they will also massage your head. They can also blow dry and style your hair to finish things off.
