Jann Nikka asked 11/27/2016 Anyone workout walk, jog or run? I workout and walk. I just have to tell the Blurtit Community, I finally walked nonstop 2 miles. I'm so happy. I'm going for 3 miles and bench press 50 lbs by Dec 31, 2016. I know it's not much on either but arthritis is not being friendly to my feet and knees.

My legs look athletic and I have a body fat percentage of 17% I can see my ribs and hip bones and I've played sports for 7 years and work out.
