Not me, but I've eaten kangaroo and crocodile.

I can recommend the roo (if you cook it a little more slowly than beef) but the crocodile is very bland. Needs a good sauce to give it flavour.

Yes I have.  When we were in the Rockies, we had Bison, Elk and Moose.  I prefer elk for flavor.  It's sweeter than venison.  It's not hormone injected or antibiotic laden. It's low fat and tasty.
