On Blurtit, to "Blurt" an answer means to share the answer with your own followers.

If you're familiar with Twitter you can kind of compare it to a retweet, which is where someone on your timeline tweets something funny or interesting that you want to share, but give them the credit, so you click the "retweet" button and the tweet shows in your timeline. The same goes for the "share" button on Facebook.
