The one I just ate.
I know! I know! I know! ....BREAKFAST !!!!! I like the easy questions :) ....even though I'm a scientifical mathy genius ;)
Most people will tell you that it's breakfast which says much for the power of advertising. That was the theme of a Kelloggs campaign in the 1920s and the myth lives on today.
The Guardian recently posted a list of "food myths". Check it out HERE.
My main meal is dinner. I eat a good breakfast and a light lunch and then pig out at dinner time.

Each meal is important equally.
Although, i consider the frame of "meal of the day" as a capacity. The meal time is not important alone. What you eat and the way you eat it is the most important part.
However, for me, breakfast is the most important part. Because i do start my workout and running early morning and i would feel sick to do it with an empty stomach. I need a light energy before starting it. So a good breakfast which is usually contains fruits and date palms would boost my energy and stamina to do a good job.
