Should humans eat to live or live to eat?

Hi Stuart. Perhaps neither one nor the other is sufficient. Gluttony takes a toll on several levels but if you rob your meals of pleasure you make your life less cheerful than it might otherwise be. And we all deserve the occasional treat. (Yeah, yeah, I know -- I never really grew up.)

Hi Didge,

Can you explain something for me. For the last couple of days I have been receiving emails saying there is a special black Friday sale on currently. On the calendar several times is no Friday the 13th in sight. Thought the black Friday was Friday the 13th. Can you solve this mysterious question for me.??😰

I left you a detailed answer about Black Friday yesterday but it's disappeared. I won't give you the same information again just that it's an American term and refers to the day after Thanksgiving.

Yes. While we need to eat to survive, it would just be nourishing just the body. You need to nourish your soul and emotional being as well. That is where the decadent meal comes in. You just usually can't do both for every meal.
