Because if you don't, you'll never know that if you lived just one more day, that could have been the day that changed your life.

Because you matter. Having lost two friends to suicide I have first hand knowledge of the guilt and sadness of not being able to help my friends. I also know the anger at them for not asking me for it. I loved them both and fear they never knew. Is yhat what you want for your family and friends?

Because you are a long time dead. You only have choices when you are alive, life only matters when you are alive, so choose to exhaust every avenue open to you in order to help yourself and change your life, you owe yourself that. Death is always an option, but the options end there.

Why should you keep living!  I've Asked that one myself, many times!  In a nutshell my quality of life sucks.  Every day the pain is tremendous, it takes 1,8367 pills a year to keep me going.  I take enough medication to keep my pain level down to a level of eight that would kill most people.  Multiple doctors have told me that I am fatal, what keeps me going!  A wife, two kids, four grandkids that all love me and want me to live for a while longer.  I'm sure that if you looked you, would find your own reason for living.  Don't want to bother looking then the only thing I can say is good-bye,

I ASK myself that daily. I know I just have to keep going. I work daily on trying to keep living, stay healthy, be peaceful and to be happy.

As for you, think of your family and seek counseling, they need you, care about you, love you and want you. You want you. Don't give up :)

2 reasons . . .

If you think you are at your lowest point, it will only get better from here. Stick around to see how much better it will get.

This is the only life you get. There is no "Do Over" or "Life after Death" that anyone can prove, so make the most of the one life you have.
