The nerve in your tooth sends a signal to your brain saying something is hurting me. Your brain sends a signal to your mouth and you say "OUCH!!" Your brain is the central processing unit for all the inputs from the nerves in your body, and the controller sending signals to your muscles.  :)

Brain don't have pain receptors , so nobody feel pain in the brain , as you said when we have a toothache , due to trigeminal nerve we feel pain in both tooth and head .

Well, here's a clue:

If you have a toothache, where does it hurt?---your brain or your mouth?

(Although you may be asking is pain a stimulus or a response.)

Well, think about it. A tooth is in your mouth. If your tooth is hurting, then the pain is in your mouth. Although the pain receptor sends the signal that you are hurting to your brain, that does not necessarily mean that the pain is in your brain.
