I've had surgery on my spine, twice, about 30 years apart. Between the two scars, it looks like I have a big question mark or a sickle on my lower back.
I've got plenty of scar tissue. 2 x Total shoulder replacement. Ruptured Splein, 1 Kidney transplant. Brain tumour removed, fractured lower humerus & some smaller ones. I am actually uninsurable when it comes to Private Health Insurance because of my history. If my body was a car then it would be a write off.
I have one I am proud of.... I had a mole on my lip which I hated my whole life. Finally 8 years ago I got up enough guts to have it removed. No one can see a scar cuz the doctor did a remarkable job and I took very good care of it while it was healing. But I know the scar is there and I have been so happy with my lips since getting it removed.
I'm not sure about the weirdest scar, but the dumbest scar I have is actually two scars. One on each side of my left hand. The lower right meaty part of the palm. I was in my twenties and used the wrong knife to pry frozen hamburgers apart. The knife slipped and went clean through. After that I figured a butter knife was the best tool to use.
About 40 years ago I had my thyroid removed. The scar across my throat
looks like this guys:Hi! It will have to be the one centimetre hole that
I have in my right foot! It is the result of a pretty nasty bicycle accident. I
was trying to park my bike after a ride when it slipped and fell on my leg. I
did not feel it straight away, but the spikes in the chain wheel made a cut
just above my heel. The scar is now pretty weird as I did not want to get the
gap stitched up.
I'm in the process of healing. If my guess is right it should scar up to the shape of a heart on the inner part of my lower arm. Seemed like a good idea at the time, I read a life hack for applying hot glue dollops to plastic clothes hangers to stop garments from slipping off.
I'm a klutz. Enough said.
