Megan, which ones are you talking about? The ones that show up on Facebook? I'd have to say no on those. I believe they're put out there to drive people to their website and I believe FB receives money from that.
The other internet quizzes would depend on what the quiz was and what site owned the quiz. Generally speaking, they are probably trying to drive traffic to their site so they post a gimmicky quiz that might spark your interest.
