I should wear sunglasses but never seem to put them on.
Now I did not know there was a national PTSD awareness day! I am definitely supporting today! Someone very dear to me suffers from PTSD. I think the field of psychology and mental health needs a lot more awareness and support. Mental health issues are very misunderstood in society. Today is definitly a good day to celebrate! I will be the first to march in a parade if there is one for mental health issues!
