How to change the battery in a fitness wrist watch ?. More in comments...

Its a Smart Health wrist watch. I have the replacement battery.

I've removed the little screws on the backer plate.

I'm stuck now. Over the battery that  I want to remove is a  thin silver plate. How do I get that off. ?

Not seeing it, this is just a guess. Do you think you could try and slide the battery out from under the silver strip? Carefully not which side (+ or - ) faces up and put the replacement battery in the same way.
