What things can you do/take when you feel a cold coming on?

Rest as much as possible. Plus Zinc and B complex supplements, but you need to start then at the very first sign.

I take Alka Seltzer Plus when I feel a cold coming on. It's not a cure but it reduces the symptoms better than anything else I've used.

Start the 12 hour Sudafed pills, and keep your head dried up . . . .

Also as a great idea for those who fly on planes and have a hard time with their ears "popping" from the pressure . . . take a 12 hour Sudafed an hour before you get on the plane, and it keeps your tubes clear of fluid and your ears pop very easily both taking off and landing.
