I don’t enjoy eating meat(to eat/ think about & it’s sad how to get the meat)but my parents argue I won’t get enough iron & will have to take supplements instead. I know iron deficiency can result but being vegetarian won’t do me harm, will it?

I don't like meat either and I have never had any issues with iron deficiency.... I have had the gestational diabetes but that has to do with age, pregnancy, blood sugars and carbs... Not from my lack of meat. I understand your parents concerns. Im a parent to. But i am also a person who doesnt like to eat meat so i feel your shoes most definitely! I just want you to know, your not alone. And as far as my situation and body... I have never had any issues with iron.

Can you talk with a doctor about the pain?

I have talked to multiple doctors over the years and everything comes up with no results and so I guess I’ve just learned to live with it haha. But by now I have a better idea of what causes those pains so I can avoid them sometimes by not eating certain foods, although it would have been nicer to know 8 years ago when they started ouch. Thank you for your feedback!

Your welcome my friend. Abdominal pain is NO day in the park! Pain in general wears a person out!
