Well the Q can mean either "queer" or "questioning". "Queer" means anything that isn't LGBT but also isn't straight. It's like an umbrella term. And "questioning" refers to people who are unsure of their sexuality and may be LGBT.
In LGBTQ I know the Q part is questioning but can you explain more about that?
