You can call anyone you want to. But, that’s not a police matter. Wouldn’t you feel foolish?

You can call the psychotherapist or hope that you'll get a policeman with a skill of talking to hurt people.
If someone hurts your feelings, suck it up and behave like a mature adult. Don't talk to that person again if you are deeply hurt. Police is not meant to solve your personal conflicts.
