Yes, several things.  One of the most popular is the annual Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year's Day.

That was a family tradition of ours every year we would go to the tournament of Roses Parade.

We used to go every year too. These days, I watch on t.v. and then go to visit the floats afterward.

The city I live in now is a young city. We are celebrating the 25th anniversary of becoming city this year. So not much time to have anything to make us famous. The we did make the news lately for having a monkey  take up residence out buy the river.

This Church called the Bethel AME is known for Harriet Tubman she help free the slaves by a underground tunnel built under the Church that led to the Monongahela Pennsylvania River and this Church is located in Monongahela Pennsylvania the City in which i live. There was boats that was waiting to take them to their freedom. God Bless her!!!
