When I'm sad or depressed, that's the last thing I want to do. Not into retail therapy.
Unfortunately... I have to stop myself from doing so. 😒😔

I work at the movie theater in the shopping mall.
I stop by one of the stores such as Lush and talk while they're sampling me.
