Anonymous asked 2/13/2016 landlord told my veterans rep that broken drug pipes were found in the apartment after I moved out. Then my counselor or social workers confronted me with accusations of drugs, but it was not me never used the drug?

Karhy Kat asked 10/13/2015 I just moved to an efficiency where I found out it was foreclosure the Landlord was just a person squatting at the property acting like a landlord. I'm getting evicted with my kids, we received a 24 hour notice from the Sheriff. Can they still kick me out?

Anonymous asked 8/18/2015 My husband and daughter live in a two bedroom under section 8 housing in NYC. She is mentally disabled. If we die because we are elderly, does the landlord have the right to downsize her from this apt to a one bedroom or can she stay here?
