Wear whatever you want to wear.  Just go into a store and walk around until you see something you like.  Don't buy for brand name buy what works.

I'm not sure what you mean by sustainable, but it is against the law, in most states, for someone under 18 to have a full time job, even the hours of the day they can work are limited.

How can one do school and work. You do not like free time?
