now i am a preferably a pc gamer but i like the consoles as well. I was wondering if it would be possible to look at the programming of the disc drive of every console and use all of it on one drive would this be possible if so i want to do it?

No ... The computer (PC or console) use different operating systems ... And often the game program has to use different "engines", depending on the operating system.

But don't the console games already have the engines. I know for games on computer I have  download the engines separate.
