I suffer mildly years ago, I prayed, researched and followed suggests and its gone.
Yes, I've suffered insomnia my whole life. It's been pretty bad. I have found that for me taking any medication, melatonin, or even alcohol made it worse. So, I just stick to my schedule and do my best.
