At the very least you should call your vet. They would know your dog and should be able to give you a fair assessment of what is going on, and when and if you should be concerned.

You should probably take her to the vet ASAP, same thing happened with one of my dogs and she ended up needing an emergency C-section.

Call your VET!  Be a good pet owner make sure she's OK.

Dog gestation periods vary by breed.  58-68 is considered normal.  I wouldn't panic yet.  She's still within the parameters.  As long as she is eating, drinking and looking healthy you can watch and wait.
