Sorry, but no. There are times when inappropriate contributions slip by the mods and user/mods, there are some categories geared to the more mature. In all truth-fullness, even though guidelines require a user to be/ over 13 years of age, a parent should still oversee a childs internet usage. Even this site has it's pitfalls, and at times, an abusive posting or a user with indecent intent will pass the safeguards, set in place.

Well then, you, must tell the government that they are wrong. You obviously have not looked around the site, to see some of the abuse that occurrs here. Guess the mods are doing a great job, keeping the site safe.

No, I don't, some kids are smarter than the average 10 year old, but most of them, don't understand how the world really works, and so when they answer questions, they aren't always good at it. Besides, there are questions and answers that aren't suitable for people at this age to see, or learn about. It's for their own safety that they aren't allowed here, as well as the ones that come on here and start trouble with people that are on here. Hope this helps.

How could I be wrong, I have been her for nearly 3 years now, and it's always the same with the kids that are under 13, and even some of the 13 year olds shouldn't be here. Not mature enough to not make trouble, or answer some of the questions properly, and, many of them, can't spell for beans either.

Yes, it is suitable for ages of 10 years because administration of this website is very strict regarding rules of use and contents of questions and answers. Anyhow, age wise division of this website can make it even better or another website with the name like Blurtit-kids.
