When the world was younger there was a pop song called "Aba Daba Honeymoon" about a romance between a monkey and a chimpanzee. About that time I had a boss whose arms were so long that (as Linclon said of Sheridan) he could tie his shoelaces without bending his knees. He look like the evolutionary missing link so we called him Aba Daba.
Had Fred Flintstone been around in those days we'd almost certainly have said the boss's language was Yabbadabbadoo. It's a language; a veritable Esperanto for Neanderthals.
(Of course, all that denigrates a good man. He was very capabable but had the misfortune to look like a monkey.)
It is a term a well seasoned mother uses! While she is changing a diaper she "yabba's" to those around her while she "dabba's" the "doo"!!! LOLOLOLOL!
It means "Yippee!" or "Hooray!". You can tell by the way Fred bubbles over when he says it. :)
