Depends :) I usually can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday ....but if I'm in an argument with someone over where to go for dinner last night ...I can Remember that Wednesday night.... Back in March he put the freakin milk carton back in the freakin fridge that only had two freakin drops in it ....and I had nothing to put in my freakin coffee the next morning and how he ruined my freakin Thursday ... So we're going to go the restaraunt I pick cos you owe me...cos milk :/

I used to have an excellent memory but old age has slowed it down. We watch the BBC's quiz program "The Chase" fairly regularly and it's a bit frustrating when I have to grope for answers that would have sprung to mind even five years ago.

I rejoice when I am aware of an optimal presence of mind, full use of all one's capacities. And I think we all possess this.
One of my areas is song performance. Nobody shines at everything, but everybody shines at something. I can still learn a song a day, when I have to.
