I think the 'punishment' should be that Jaimie JT, Jann Nickka, HappyTwo, and all the other Grand Ladies of Blurt should all just go to VISIT Otis, take good care of him and play with him, and REFUSE to leave until he gives up that tiara!!!

I think he should wear that tiara along with a tutu and heels and then walk up to Canada carrying you a case of shine to apologize to you in person.
