I do like bittersweet chocolate Otis. I also like oysters rockefeller. I like oysters prepared just about any way. I think one of the best things the government ever did was ban certain pesticides, giving the eagle a chance. Growing up I never seen a Bald Eagle in the wild, but in the past 10 years or so it's becoming a common occurrence. I love seeing eagles soar up and down the river catching fish.

Only to bake with. Oysters are not at all my thing and Eagles are cool.

Keep those slimy oysters away from me.  I'll just go eat the chocolate and watch the eagles soar.

Oysters Rockefeller is ok, and pretty much the only way I eat oysters. Bittersweet chocolate is good for baking and therefore the end result is definitely something to celebrate. And lastly seeing a bald eagle in the wild is an impressive thing.

I love the Eagles but Oysters Rockefeller is a great dish! Done right? They are great!
