It is also World Cancer Day. Please everyone if you suspect something see your doctor and also get routine screenings. Many know I have a friend who has been battling ovarian cancer. I am glad to announce she finished her chemotherapy this week and is cancer free. My mom finished her radiation for breast cancer on Friday and is also cancer free. However a former neighbor of mine ignored a cough for a long time. By the time he got help it was too late. He lost his life two weeks later. I know we like to joke around on here and this is a serious subject, but I am hoping to joke around with you all for years to come.
