I am not good at writing out my emotions, so picking out one is better for me. The first year my husband and I were dating, we picked out identical Valentine's cards.
Do you like picking out greeting cards or would you rather write your own?
I like to pick my own out.
Every holiday, my dad would take my mother to the store greeting card section. He would tell my mom to pick out a card that she'd like to receive from him. She'd pick one out, read it and my dad would say "that's from me, now put it back". It became their tradition and they did that for about 60 years.
I do both. I've picked up some great cards and I've made some great cards.
A little from Column A, and a little from Column B .... Just depends on what I come across in my search for the perfect card. :)
