I use a tortilla chip as a spoon. They taste good, but for me their primary purpose is to accompany a sauce or dip.
I'm not really a salsa junkie---guacamole is more my thing. I do ear salsa out at Mexican restaurants though. I don't have any salsa recipes, Otis. Sorry.
