No I dont believe so. However a word of warning... A flip phone, dead phone, and not in service phone can still call 911! I learned that the hard way when police showed up on my door saying someone called 911 from a not in service cell phone near this house... And I had let Jr play with my old phone prior to the schooling from officers! Lol!
