Seeing as no car is made to withstand such a force, I would think you would be dead before getting anywhere near that speed.
You don't even need to go that fast.
There is a known "time difference" that astronauts experience.
well in Back To The Future Marty went 88 miles per hour that could be how fast you could go. Good question because I'm very interested in Time Travel.
Given this unattainable scenario, we may never know.
To wit:
The propulsion system needed to reach even the speed of sound (767.2 mph) would’t fit in a car-sized vehicle.
There is no scenario that could power anything (even light) to speeds approaching “a trillion miles per hour”- more than a thousand times the speed of light.
