Yes. Once the seal is broken and the mustard is opened for the first time, we store it in the refrigerator.

Yes i just bought a big container of light mustard and i always keep it in the refrigerator now from what i learned from my cousin after a while when you use it from being in the refrigerator you may notice a liquid that comes out of it that is a preservative that is vinegar you may have to let that drain out first before you come to the actual mustard this is all normal . I just bought mustard for .58 cents at Walmart a large container of it and tastes very good.
