No plans today. Still very warm (95) outside. I’m cooking homemade beefstew with onions, potatoes and carrots. I also add a small can of Le Sueur peas. Fresh corn on the cob.

I went to the NASCAR race at Pocono.

i hung out at church for a while and then went to walrnart and out to eat with rny ride

Not no plans just went out for my walk and it went well now i am home in the A/C not too warm out but we got Severe Thunderstorm Watch anytime it's near Pittsburgh PA we automatic get alerts cause we are only 20-30 miles South of Pittsburgh PA and storms can move in any direction.

Yeah it's hard to get in the groove to go walking plus where i live some people have dogs and you got be careful cause not all people control their pets . The City needs to get stricter laws i love Dogs but all Dogs should be on leash at all times so far i had 2 innocents . This Woman had 2 small Dogs on leash and left her little kids hold them and the leash left go , she is yelling at her kids saying them are your Dogs. Wow it wasn't the kids fault these kids were 3-4 years old . Than today a Woman had her Boxer dog on her porch with no leash on it , so i had to cross the street to the other side cause if i didn't the dog was acting like it wanted to run off the porch . It was barking so dogs go teeth and they can bite. My cousin told me to get a pepper spray cause i need something if a dog came after me . I can't afford to get dog bite oh that would be rough for sure.
