I love Halloween and decorating for it. I do have a problem this year as we now have Skully. Every time someone ring the doorbell he runs to the door barking and the jumps up. His back legs are 3 feet off the ground. I think he may scare the beggar children away.

The vitamin D I take helps me greatly with energy. I take D-3 (as Cholecalciferol), 2,000 IU per softgel pill. I don't know what it is, but I definitely notice a difference when I take it, whether I am feeling lethargic or somewhat depressed.
