Is it normal to feel like you're stuck in the plot of a movie for a while if you were traumatized watching it?

I think it's fairly common, just as long as it doesn't last too long.  I remember The Exorcist spooked me for a few nights back in 1973!

how do you get the will to get up back and do the things you have to do everyday? i mean, after going through something that changed your state of thinking and living?

It is the only way to make your life better again. Find something to give you purpose. It could volunteering for a charity, or adopting a pet from a shelter.

Take one step at a time.  It's like climbing a ladder. Take the first step, look around and see that's it's okay and then take the next step.
