Smoking, I started at 11 years old, finished when I was 45 at 5 packs of Camels a day plus my pipe and a cigar or two.  People say that wasn't possible, but I worked 20 hours a day seven days a year.  I chain smoked, and even used a beanbag ashtray in the shower so I could puff while showering.  Being cool in 1960 before they knew how bad cigarettes were for you cost me 5 angioplasties, three stints, and a multitude of other medical problems.  I though when I quit 22 years ago, all would get better but it didn't.  So if you are thinking about starting to smoke, or just started, quit now!  Nicotine in any form is a pending death sentence.  Please stop before you go up in smoke!
