Why can't I get good answers to semi-funny questions here? When I ask why Rabies doesn't cause an apocalypse on Ask, I'm told it's a slow-onset disease. I ask same question here (Ask's Q&A's going away) and am told to grow up and stop being stupid.

Some new users from *cough* *couch* ask.com have no sense of humour.. (I came from Sodahead where everyone was funny and had good humour but the site closed recently). There is a similar site called amirite.com (some former sodaheads moved there last week when the site was discovered since it's somewhat similar to sodahead (but not nearly as good). but most of the funnier sodaheads haven't arrived there yet). I'm still trying my best to get them to come here lol

Amirite would be perfect for you if you want to be more humorous, and let loose a bit.

Sometimes people are just void of all humor. Also, as this is a Q&A site, people tend to view the questions in a more literal fashion. I have seen your questions on rabies and the apocalypse and I must admit, it was difficult to decipher the humor and does give the appearance of being childish. My advice would be to find another way to word your questions so that it is clear that humor is your main intent. Best of luck to you.

I think this is a more mature site than Ask, so maybe something that is viewed as funny on Ask is viewed as trolling or time-wasting on Blurtit.
