I'll take the day off.
Its national ampersand day, national pediatric hematology, oncology nurses day. So what is your flavour?
I go with Nurses. We should appreciate them.
They work so hard to take care of everyone. In my opinion, in an overall rate in the world. Nurses been so underrated. The job is so hard, needs focus, determination and vast knowledge in healthcare and medical field. Shifts are long and tiring yet they keep up endlessly. Many of them care by their heart.
"Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life"

Hardly use the ampersand & I know a few really nice Nurses like Angela Anthony so I'll go with the nurses. Not sure what department she's working today but she's a nice lady. I've met a lot of super nice nurses lately. Just not Nurse Ratched !
Oncology nursing would be an emotionally draining job. I give a lot of props to all nurses. My mother was one for 35 years.
As much as I love using the good old &, I have a lot more respect for the nurses, especially those working with critically ill children. Thank you, nurses!
Dear Otis,
I just love ampersands! Even the word itself is entrancing...thank goodness SOMEONE had the wisdom to finally give them their own day...(tongue in cheek)!
I love that word, ampersand.
Fortunately, I have never been in the position to require the insights and or services of the other two.
I have a good friend who had surgery yesterday to remove ovarian cancer, so I am going with the oncology nurses. I hope they are taking good care of her today.
