Yes. I was born with a condition called strabismus. Most people know it as crossed-eyed. My right eye didn't cross inward which is what most people think of, but mine went outward. I was in my late 20s before I had surgery to fix it. My case was one of the worst the doctor had seen. He said most people had a 25% chance of it coming back but because my case was so severe I was at a 50% chance. Thankfully 25+ years later and no sign of it coming back.

My husband and faired really well. We never lost power and didn't have any damage. Our families had messy yards with some large limbs down but no damage, and some of them went 4 days without power.

Hi Thrice Gotcha, your answer reminds me of a quote that is usually attributed to Carl Jung...
"Show me a sane person and I’ll cure him for you."

While I've never been diagnosed I wouldn't be surprised if I have a fairly mild case of OCD  I definitely have been dealing with insomnia for over 25 years

Zack I was one of the first wave to be diagnosed with MCS, multiple chemical sensitivities, back in the 1980's....me from lab chemicals, and some of my co-workers were dying from it, even while physicians were (contemptuously) calling us hypochondriacs.

It has been a wild ride.

I've had OCD my entire life. I can look back and see signs of it when I was a very young kid. Now, I don't necessarily like to say I "suffer" from it at the moment, but it has caused me some distress in the past and even led to depression in a few cases. In the past few years though it's been relatively benign. Once I actually realized what I had, once I was able to put a label on it (I was actually diagnosed with OCD a few years ago) it seemed to cause me less issues.
