I already am a mess who seems put together. My entire life is a mess that seems put together. But I'd rather be the latter.

Can I vote for option 3?

I'm pretty good at "faking it till I make it". So I would prefer being put together, but a mess nevertheless.

As long as I am "put together" that's all I need.

Function over form if I don't have time for both.

I'm well past the need to impress anybody besid3es myself.

I rarely care what others think as long as I know what I am doing. Though I do like looking put together when I am unsure. So my answer is yes .

Dear Nina,

I will tell you that after 72 years of life it's too much work to appear "put together" any more..I rather enjoy seeming like a mess...

And as to whether I am ever ACTUALLY "put together," I think that is a question open for debate.
