Talking to yourself is normal. Mostly. Depression is common but definitely not normal. If you're depressed you need to talk to a professional.
I've heard from people that talking to yourself and responding and answering back and stuff like that means your somewhat crazy.. And lately ive been depressed and stuff. Should I be worried, should I get help?
Talking to yourself and even answering yourself, is really just thinking out loud. Now if you are talking to people who are not really there, then you should see a mental health professional.
